Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and service

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of ganitha-gura.link and Ganitha Gura mathematics education services, including online classes, digital lessons, learning resources and related student services. By registering, using an account or purchasing lesson access, the student and, where applicable, their parent or guardian agree to these terms.

2. Student accounts

• Registration details must be accurate and kept reasonably current.
• Each account is for the registered student. Login credentials and lesson access must not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Students and guardians are responsible for protecting passwords, Student IDs and devices used to access the LMS.
• Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly.

Ganitha Gura may restrict or suspend an account where this is reasonably necessary to protect the LMS, investigate misuse or enforce these terms.

3. Lesson access

Free lessons may be available without payment. Paid digital lessons require a completed purchase. Access may be granted automatically after a verified successful online payment, or after a teacher verifies a bank deposit or transfer and its payment slip.

Purchased access is limited to the registered student and the specific lesson or service paid for. Unless otherwise stated, purchasing access does not transfer ownership of lesson videos, PDFs, recordings or other materials.

4. Prices and payments

• The price shown for the selected lesson at the time the secure order is created is the applicable lesson price.
• Online payments are subject to confirmation from the displayed payment provider.
• Bank deposits and transfers remain pending until Ganitha Gura verifies the payment details and submitted slip.
• Students must use accurate payment references and must not submit altered, misleading or unrelated payment evidence.
• A payment return page, screenshot or unverified message alone is not proof of a successful payment.

Payment errors and refund requests are handled under the Refund / Return Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to bypass lesson locks, access another student's account or records, manipulate payment or attendance information, interfere with the website, upload harmful content, copy protected lesson material, or use Ganitha Gura services for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Ganitha Gura lesson videos, notes, PDFs, branding, graphics, teaching materials and website content are owned by Ganitha Gura or used with permission. They are provided for the registered student's personal educational use. Reproduction, recording, public distribution, resale, unauthorised sharing or commercial use is prohibited unless written permission is provided.

7. Availability and educational outcomes

We aim to keep lessons and student services available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, connectivity issues, provider outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Ganitha Gura will take reasonable steps to correct service problems.

Educational materials support learning but do not guarantee a particular examination result, grade or outcome.

8. Privacy

Personal, educational and payment-related information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

Ganitha Gura may update these terms to reflect service, payment or legal changes. Updated terms will be published here. These terms are interpreted under applicable laws of Sri Lanka, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
